Member Hub

Welcome to the Club

You're officially part of The Pet Care Club's Behavior & Enrichment Membership.

This private Member Hub collects your membership benefits, policies, and resources, plus enrichment ideas to use at home.

Your dog’s Care Team works from a plan built around their individual needs. The guides and enrichment ideas here help you use the same R+ approach at home, so your dog gets consistent support between walks.

Why Consistency Matters

Make the Most of Your Membership

Your membership gives your dog a recurring weekly schedule with a Care Team that gets to know them.

Each R+ positive reinforcement walk gives your dog time to practice skills, build confidence, decompress, and explore, so their physical, mental, and emotional needs are met.

The Care Team uses what they observe over time to shape each walk around what your dog needs that day.

One walk can be a great experience. Consistent walks turn those experiences into lasting patterns.

Our Approach

Every Walk Is an R+ Walk

R+ means positive reinforcement. Specialists reward the behaviors we want to see more of instead of correcting the ones we don't.

Specialists use force-free, low-stress methods based on positive reinforcement and Fear Free-focused handling. They give your dog appropriate choices, create distance when something feels overwhelming, and adjust each walk to your dog. Corrections, intimidation, and punishment are never part of the walk.

Most dog walks focus on exercise and finishing the route. On an R+ walk, Specialists give just as much attention to how your dog feels, responding with rewards, choice, distance, enrichment, or gentler handling to help them feel comfortable in the world around them.

Positive reinforcement, force-free care, and low-stress handling on every walk, with room for your dog to make choices and build confidence.

Before Your First Walk

Walk-Day Essentials

A few items help each walk go smoothly and keep it low-stress for your dog.

Treat pouch (provided by us).Every member receives a Pet Care Club treat pouch. Keep it with your dog's walking gear.

Treats (provided by you).Keep a labeled supply of your dog's favorite treats nearby. The Specialist fills the pouch before each walk and puts it back afterward. Using your treats means you control what your dog eats, including any allergies or sensitivities.

Y-harness (provided by you).Provide a well-fitting Y-harness. It leaves your dog's shoulders free to move while sniffing, exploring, and practicing loose-leash walking.

Leash (provided by us).Specialists bring a leash suited to R+ positive reinforcement walks, so you don't need to buy one.

Adventures

Member-Exclusive Experiences

Some experiences are open only to members, because the Care Team needs to know your dog's behavior, preferences, and comfort level first.

Depending on what suits your dog, these may include:

Private Trail Hike Adventures

A private trail outing where your dog can explore, sniff, and move through nature at their own pace.

Specialized Adventures

The Care Team may recommend other outings when the setting and activity suit your dog.

Specialists consider your dog's comfort, behavior, and readiness before recommending an outing, so each experience adds to their quality of life without overwhelming them.

Continuity of Care

Your Care Team

Your dog is walked by a small team of familiar Specialists. Getting to know several trusted people is its own form of social enrichment.

The Care Team shares observations and follows the same care plan, so each walk builds on the last.

If one Specialist is unavailable, another member of your dog's Care Team can step in without starting over.

If you'd like to meet more of your dog's Care Team, you can request a Meet & Greet or Meet & Walk.
