We also introduce a vetted backup at this stage — so consistency is always covered.
Step 03 — Book Your First Visit
Same Caregiver, Every Single Time
Once your match is confirmed, you book through the client portal and we take it from there. On-demand clients book as their schedule allows. Members get priority access, locked rates, and a recurring routine their pet can count on. After every visit — a detailed care report with photos lands in your inbox.

Most clients are matched within 24–48 hours of completing their intake form. From there we schedule a meet-and-greet at your home, and once that goes well — which it almost always does — you can book your first visit right away. From first contact to first walk is typically under a week.
Your dedicated pet caregiver visits your home before any paid services begin. They meet your pet on their own turf, learn your home's routines and layout, note feeding and care specifics, and get a feel for your pet's personality and behavior. There's no pressure and no charge — it's simply how we make sure the match is right before we start.
Yes. Consistency is one of the things we care most about. You'll be paired with a dedicated caregiver who learns your pet's routine, quirks, and preferences. We also introduce a vetted backup at the meet-and-greet so you're never left scrambling if your primary caregiver is unavailable.
On-demand services are booked as needed — great if your schedule is irregular or you're just trying us out. Membership plans give you priority scheduling, a locked-in rate, and a dedicated caregiver who knows your pet deeply. Members also get access to peak slots (holidays, early mornings) that fill fast for on-demand clients.
Not at all. Most of our clients are at work or traveling during visits. We handle key or lockbox access securely, and after every single visit you receive a detailed care report with photos so you always know exactly how your pet is doing.
Tell us in your intake form and we will match you with a caregiver experienced in those specific needs. Our team is trained to administer oral medications, topical treatments, and subcutaneous fluids. Every medication dose is logged and included in your visit report. Complex medical needs are always flagged to our care coordinator before the match is confirmed.
Everything is managed through the client portal. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full credit. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) follow the policy outlined in your service agreement. Members with recurring schedules can pause, modify, or reschedule directly in the portal at any time.
