Choose the Membership That Fits Your Dog

Membership walks are R+ positive reinforcement walks, using positive reinforcement and force-free, low-stress methods. Your dog is walked by a Specialist trained under a certified trainer working from a personalized plan, with time built in for decompression, sniffing, loose-leash practice, and enrichment, and you get written journals with photos and observations afterward. Membership also comes with a recurring weekly schedule, a dedicated Care Team, the Member Resource Library, and booking priority over non-members. On-Demand walks are booked one at a time as you need them and cover exercise and a potty break. The behavior and enrichment work, the personalized plan, and the Care Team are membership only. Membership R+ walks use rewards rather than corrections, with force-free, low-stress handling.

If your dog's needs change, your membership can change with them. Give our office at least 30 days' notice to move up or down a tier so we can adjust schedules. We'll make the change if there's room at the tier you want.

Your membership reserves dedicated time with our team every week. Because pet care is one-to-one, that time is committed to your dog and usually can't be filled with another service when a walk is canceled. That reserved time is also what lets us keep schedules dependable, retain experienced Specialists, invest in their training, and give your dog a familiar Care Team. For those reasons, client-canceled membership walks are not refunded, credited, or carried forward. We hold the time for your dog, so that time remains theirs whether or not they use it.

Memberships are billed monthly with no long-term contract. Notice requirements for pausing or ending a membership are covered in your member agreement.

Yes. Every tier can book Member-Exclusive Adventures outside regular membership walks, and Tier 3 members get priority when spots are limited. Some Adventures take dogs into busier environments, so the Specialist approves each dog for those outings first. Tier 3 members on 60-minute walks also receive one Private Trail Hike Upgrade each quarter, which replaces one regularly scheduled walk.

Yes. Members can book On-Demand services up to 45 days ahead and are scheduled before non-members when availability is tight. Weekend On-Demand carries a surcharge, reduced for Tier 2 members and waived for Tier 3 members. Cat and small pet visits can be added as well.

Behavior & Enrichment Memberships are for dogs. Cat and small pet visits are booked separately as in-home visits.

Memberships are opening neighborhood by neighborhood, with limited spots in each area to maintain quality of care and reliable coverage. Start by joining the waitlist. When memberships open near you, we'll set up a Discovery Call to talk through your dog's behavior and routine, and within one or two days after the Discovery Call we'll let you know whether your dog is a good fit and which tier we'd recommend.

Yes. Membership walks are for one household, so your dogs can walk together at an additional per-dog rate. We never group dogs from different households. Households with more than one dog need our approval for 20-minute walks so each dog gets enough time.
