We serve Queen Anne, Magnolia, Ballard, the U-District, Capitol Hill, Eastlake, Maple Leaf, Wedgwood, Lake City, Northgate, Shoreline, and Richmond Beach. We also serve parts of Fremont, Green Lake, Ravenna, and Wallingford that fall within our coverage radius. If you’re not sure whether your address qualifies, reach out and we’ll confirm within one business day.
The neighborhood list on this page covers our primary service zones. If you live within those boundaries your address is covered. If you’re on the edge of a zone, or in a neighborhood not listed, contact us with your address and we’ll let you know immediately. We don’t charge for coverage inquiries.
No. Our pricing is flat across all service areas. Whether you’re in Queen Anne or Richmond Beach, the walk or visit rate is the same. The only situation where travel fees apply is for rare same-day bookings in fringe coverage zones — and we’ll always disclose that before confirming.
Reach out. We review out-of-zone requests case by case, especially when there’s already a caregiver working nearby. If we can make it work, we will. If we can’t yet, we’ll add you to a waitlist for when we expand coverage in your direction.
Yes. As long as the alternate address falls within our service area, we can provide care there. This is common for clients who travel and want pet care at a trusted relative’s home rather than their own. Just include the address in your booking notes.
