We respond to initial inquiries within 30–60 minutes during office hours, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Inquiries received outside office hours receive a response the next business day. Our Client Experience Team reviews it and follows up by phone or email. If you're inquiring about membership, we'll reach out to set up a free Discovery Call so we can learn about your dog and see whether the program is a fit. On-Demand requests go straight to scheduling once we confirm availability in your area. Membership suitability decisions arrive within one or two days after the Discovery Call, not after the initial inquiry.

No. On-Demand dog walking, training, and in-home visits for cats and small pets are available to anyone.

Openings in each neighborhood are limited right now, so there may be a wait depending on where you live.

On-Demand services are available throughout Greater Seattle and surrounding areas. Memberships are opening neighborhood by neighborhood, with limited spots in each area to maintain quality of care and reliable coverage. For memberships, a Care Team representative meets you and your dog before walks begin, gathers what the team needs to know, and updates your dog's profile so every Care Team member is ready. For On-Demand services, we can set up a phone or video call before the first visit if you'd like to talk with us first.
