On-demand walks are booked individually as needed — no commitment, no contract — starting at $40 per walk. Memberships give your dog a dedicated Care Team, priority scheduling, and behavior-enriched walks at a locked monthly rate. Membership walks are also delivered by Canine Behavior & Enrichment Specialists, which on-demand walks are not.
On-demand and Tier 1 walks are 20 minutes for single-dog households and 30 minutes for two or more dogs. Tier 2 and Tier 3 membership walks are 30–60 minutes depending on your plan. Walk length is always confirmed at sign-up so there are no surprises.
Members are assigned a dedicated Care Team — a small group of 2–3 specialists who know your dog, your routine, and your home. This means your dog sees familiar faces every visit, not a rotating cast of strangers.
No. We don't combine dogs from different households on the same walk. Every outing is private to your dog or your household's dogs only. This is part of how we maintain safety, behavioral focus, and a true understanding of each individual animal.
After every visit you receive a detailed care report that includes route notes, behavioral observations, and photos. Membership clients also receive GPS tracking and enrichment notes. You always know exactly what happened on the walk.
Cancellation policies vary by plan. On-demand walks cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. Members have a dedicated cancellation window outlined in their membership agreement. We try to be as flexible as possible while respecting our walkers' schedules.
