On-Demand walks are booked as you need them, with no weekly commitment. Memberships run on a recurring weekly schedule with a dedicated Care Team. Every membership walk is an R+ walk, meaning it uses positive reinforcement and force-free, low-stress methods guided by Fear Free handling principles. Enrichment and behavior work are part of membership walks only.

On-Demand walks are 20, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Membership walk length depends on your tier: Tier 1 walks are 45 or 60 minutes, Tier 2 adds a 30 minute option, and Tier 3 adds a 20 minute option.

Members are cared for by a small, dedicated Care Team rather than one walker. Everyone on the team follows the same walk plan and shares what they observe, so care stays consistent. Getting to know a few familiar people is also a form of social enrichment that helps dogs approach the world with confidence, which is why we built it into our memberships.

Every walk starts by checking in on how your dog is doing that day, then deciding what to focus on: loose-leash practice, decompression, sniffing and enrichment games, or getting comfortable around the distractions on your block. Because every membership walk is an R+ walk, Specialists reward the choices we want to see more of and create distance from triggers rather than correcting your dog. You get a journal entry afterward with photos and the team's notes.

Yes. Members receive a journal after every walk with photos, behavioral observations, and notes on what your dog worked on. On-Demand clients receive a visit report after each walk.

On-Demand services are confirmed 24 hours before the requested date and time and billed once confirmed, so confirmed visits can't be canceled. Memberships reserve dedicated time in our schedule and Care Team capacity for your dog. Because that time is held for your household and usually can't be filled when a visit is canceled, membership visits are nonrefundable and don't receive cancellation credits.

We serve Greater Seattle and the communities north of the city, including Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, and Edmonds. Memberships are opening neighborhood by neighborhood, with limited spots in each area to maintain quality of care and reliable coverage.

For On-Demand walks, fill out our Request Service form or create an account in our client portal, and we'll confirm we cover your neighborhood. For membership, start with the application. We'll schedule a Discovery Call and let you know within one or two days after the Discovery Call whether it's a good fit for your dog(s).

No. Every walk is for one household, so your dog is never grouped with dogs from other homes. If you have more than one dog, we may walk them together or separately, depending on their energy levels, behavior, and needs. Households with more than one dog need our approval for 20-minute walks so each dog gets enough time.
