No formal credentials are required — a genuine love of animals and reliability are what matter most. Many of our best caregivers are passionate pet owners or animal shelter volunteers.
Fill out the short online form. If you look like a fit, we'll reach out within 48 hours to schedule a phone screen, followed by a background check and an in-person shadow walk in your neighborhood.
Both. Many caregivers work part-time alongside other commitments; others build full-time schedules across multiple clients. Your roster grows at a pace that works for you.
We cover 12 neighborhoods across the city — Queen Anne, Magnolia, Ballard, Capitol Hill, U-District, Eastlake, Maple Leaf, Wedgwood, Lake City, Northgate, Shoreline, and Richmond Beach.
Most new caregivers complete onboarding and their first paid walks within two weeks of their shadow walk. The speed largely depends on how quickly we can match you to clients in your area.
