Classic Cat Visits come in four lengths between 20 and 60 minutes, and Interactive Cat Visits run 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Both include feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and brushing, and Interactive visits add dedicated playtime.

We visit every day, once or twice a day. Our insurance requires daily visits, so we can't book visits every other day or only a few times a week.

We care for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, rats, birds, and fish. If your pet isn't listed, reach out and we'll let you know whether we're a good fit.

Cat and small pet visits are handled by our team rather than one person, which gives you wider availability and backup when someone is unavailable. Every team member who visits follows the routine you've shared with us.

Our team can give oral medications, topicals, injections, and subcutaneous fluids during a scheduled visit. Medication carries an added fee based on the type, so let us know about any medical needs when you fill out the intake form.

We require a keypad or lockbox for entry. If your building doesn't allow a lockbox, we can leave a key with your leasing office or keep a copy for each team member assigned to your household, plus one for our office.

We contact you right away if anything seems off during a visit. When you sign up, we ask for your vet's information and an emergency contact so we can act quickly if something happens.
