How It Works
Tell Us About Your Pet
Tell us about your cat or small pet — their routine, quirks, feeding schedule, and any special needs. The more we know, the more seamlessly we slot into their day.
Meet Your Care Team
We arrange a complimentary meet-and-greet at your home before any first visit. Your pet gets to meet their caregiver in their own space, on their own terms.
Book & Relax
Schedule visits whenever you need them through the portal. After each visit you’ll receive a photo update and a detailed care report so you can travel with total peace of mind.

Cat & Small Pet Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our cat sitting and small pet visit services before booking.
Classic visits are 30 minutes and cover feeding, litter box, fresh water, and a gentle check-in. Interactive visits run 45–60 minutes and add dedicated playtime, enrichment, and brushing if your cat enjoys it. We never cut a visit short — if your cat needs extra settle-down time, we stay.
Both work. We recommend daily visits for cats who are highly social or on medication, and every-other-day visits for more independent cats. Small pets like rabbits and guinea pigs generally need daily care — we’ll advise you on what’s right for your specific pet at the meet-and-greet.
Our small pet visits cover rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, rats, birds, and fish. If your pet isn’t on this list, reach out — we’ll let you know whether we’re a good fit before you book.
Yes, wherever possible. Consistency matters enormously to cats, so we assign a dedicated sitter and introduce a backup during the meet-and-greet process. Your pet will never see a stranger walk through the door.
Our sitters are trained to administer oral medications, subcutaneous fluids, and topical treatments. Any medication given is logged and noted in your post-visit report. Let us know about any medical needs during the meet-and-greet so we can confirm the right sitter match.
Most clients provide a key or entry code at the meet-and-greet, which we store securely. We’re also set up for smart lock codes if you prefer keyless access. All key handoffs are logged and tracked.
We contact you immediately for anything non-routine, and we have a clear protocol for veterinary emergencies — including an emergency vet we work with in Seattle. We ask you to designate your preferred vet and an emergency contact at sign-up so we’re never scrambling if something happens.
